Unicaja's title defense starts in Belgium
It's been a year to remember for the Andalusians giants, who went on to secure the FIBA Intercontinental Cup in Singapore and the Spanish SuperCopa just months after lifting the Basketball Champions League trophy in Belgrade.
The Spaniards focused on solid business during the summer, retaining their core and signing Aleksander Balcerowski from Panathinaikos to dominate the paint, Tyson Perez from Andorra, and Killian Tillie for what is his return to pro basketball.
Oostende look extremely young this season, with Pierre-Antoine Gillet the only over-30 player in their predicted lineup. Joppe Mennes and Corentin Eforo bring athleticism on the wing, while Chase Audige was brought in to replace veteran Sam Van Rossen.
Damien Jefferson will also need replacing, after the forward made the move to Pinar Karsiyaka in the offseason.
